    Open a blank spreadsheet in your own Google account and paste in the five files from the download. The guide shows exactly where each one goes.

  2. Click set up

    One click builds every tab you need. Add your products, your shop name, your tax rate, and a PIN for each cashier.

  3. Open the link and sell

    You get a private link. Open it on the tablet, add it to the home screen, and it runs full screen like any other app.

No hosting to buy, no app store approval, no installer, no technician.

What it will not do

You should know this before you pay, not after. If any of these is a dealbreaker, don't buy it.

  • It needs internet. There is no offline mode. If your area browns out often, keep a paper fallback.
  • It does not swipe cards. You record the payment method here and take the card on the machine you already have.
  • It is a counter register. No table numbers or open tabs for a full-service restaurant.
  • It is not accounting software. It tells you what you sold and earned; your bookkeeper still does the books.

Straight answers

I am not technical at all. Can I really set this up?
Yes. It is copy, paste, and click, with a guide that names every button you press. Nobody needs to read or write a single line of code. If you get stuck, message me and I will walk you through it.
What do I need to buy besides this?
A free Google account and a device with a browser. That is it. A barcode scanner and a receipt printer both work if you have them, and neither is required.
Will it work on my iPad or Android tablet?
Yes, and on a phone or a laptop. Add the link to your home screen and it opens full screen. The layout changes to fit a small screen, so a phone at a market stall is fine.
Can two or three cashiers use it at the same time?
Yes, on separate devices, each with their own PIN. Sales are locked while they save, so two people cannot sell the same last item or end up with the same receipt number.
Can I set my own currency and tax?
Both are settings you type in. Set tax to zero if you do not charge it, and choose whether your shelf prices already include it.
How many products can it handle?
Thousands, which is far past a typical shop's list. Speed stays the same whether you have forty items or four thousand.
Who can see my sales?
Only you and whoever you give access to. Everything is stored in your own Google account. I have no access to it and it is never sent anywhere else. Your cashiers sign in to the register with a PIN and never touch the underlying records, so your cost prices stay private.
Can I pay with GCash or Maya?
Yes, but not through the checkout button, which takes card and PayPal only. Message me on WhatsApp at +63 981 084 8049, I will send you the GCash or Maya details, and once it lands I send your files straight over. Same for the $10 installation. Open WhatsApp.
Can you install it for me?
Yes, for $10 on top of the files. I install the register in your own Google account, test it, and hand you the working link with a walkthrough call. Your products, prices and staff PINs you enter yourself, and I show you where. We start with a short call so we both know what is involved before any money changes hands, and I confirm the scope in writing first. Book a discovery call and we will work out whether it fits your shop. If it does not, I will tell you and charge nothing.
Why is it only $5? What is the catch?
There is no catch and no upsell. It is a file, so it costs me nothing to send the hundredth copy, and I would rather a thousand small shops run it than fifty. Priced at $5 you do not need to think about it, and I do not need to talk you into it. The trade is that setup is yours to do, with a guide and my help by message, not a technician at your counter.
What if it does not work for me?
Message me. If it will not run in your shop and I cannot fix it, you get your money back. I would rather refund one person than argue with them.
